Who are we?

Archaeological Services & Consultancy Ltd (ASC) is an independent company established in 1995. Based in the new city of Milton Keynes, ASC regularly undertakes work in London, the Home Counties, the Midlands and East Anglia, and is able to tender competitively for archaeological projects in those areas and elsewhere in the UK.

What do we do?

All ASC staff are qualified professional archaeologists with a broad range of expertise in most aspects of archaeological practice. All core staff are members of the Institute of Field Archaeologists (IFA). Through them, and its links with other contracting organisations and independent specialists, ASC is able to offer a comprehensive range of services to its clients. Since April 1999 ASC has been on the IFA Register of Archaeological Organisations. To be included in this register, organisations must agree to abide by IFA’s bylaws and Code of Conduct, and to work to nationally accepted IFA standards.
